16th June we are holding our second whisky tasting event, this time we are looking at whiskies from around the world. Take a journey around the world with Mark Hickey Ambassador from Spirits Platform.

Showcasing Four Distilleries from around the world, giving you an opportunity to see some of the best each country has to offer.

Highland Park - Orkney, Scotland.

At Highland Park they are fiercely proud of their Viking heritage, their storm beaten islands and how the two unite to create something truly unique.

Nant - Tasmania, Australia

In 2012, just four years after beginning commercial production, Nant Single Malt Whisky was catapulted to global renown when Jim Murray, the world’s foremost whisky commentator, scored Nant Single Malt Whisky – American Oak Bourbon Wood 95.5 out of 100. This rarest of scores saw Nant rated among the top 50 whiskies in the world.

Westland - Washington, USA

American Single Malt Whiskey is, by its very nature and existence, innovative. That said, we don’t innovate for the sake of innovation. We remain committed to expressing our provenance, but recognize the opportunity to contribute new ideas to the landscape of single malt whiskey.

Writer's Tears - Carlow, Ireland

A marriage of inspiration and art, Writers’ Tears is inspired by the golden era of Irish Whiskey, pot still distillation and its deep, lasting bond with creative thinkers and artists that defined Irish culture in the 19th and early 20th centuries.
