“Naked & raw” gives you a hint about the natural winemaking of this feral Freisa red. Go wild. Grown in the red clay soils of northern Piedmont on Guyot trained vines. Grapes are hand-harvested, fermented in fiberglass with their native yeasts to maintain freshness, then after 2 years on their lees bottled unfined, unfiltered.
