Join Ally Bhana from the Sullivans Cove team for an exploration of one of the world's most celebrated whisky distilleries.
Designed as a guided introduction to the Sullivans Cove range, this tasting will delve into the influence of oak and Sullivans Cove's distinctive spirit style through a carefully curated selection of whiskies.
Beginning with the award-winning Double Cask, we'll journey through the distillery's signature American Oak and French Oak styles, examining how different cask types and Sullivans Cove's unique worm tub spirit shape flavour, texture and character. Along the way, we'll explore the history of Sullivans Cove and its role as a pioneer in both the Australian and international whisky landscape over the past 32 years.
