Discovery #9 combines 8-year-old Georgia bourbon, 12-year-old Kentucky bourbon, 17-year-old Tennessee whiskey and 12-year-old Canadian corn whisky, bottled at 56.25%. Cocoa, plum and cedar aromas are lifted by bright orange peel. The palate centres on creamy vanilla and warming cinnamon, bringing sweetness and spice together with mature oak depth.
