Aged for 6 years and bottled at 48%, this Kentucky straight bourbon uses a mash bill of 60% corn, 36% rye and 4% malted barley. Apricot, orange blossom and mint aromas mingle with caramel, nutmeg and rich oak. The palate brings vanilla sweetness and warming cinnamon, with the high rye content adding lively spice. Fruit, sweetness and oak come together in a balanced, expressive bourbon.
