This collaboration combines 6-year-old Indiana rye finished in infrared-toasted cherry wood and oak barrels with 12-year-old Canadian corn whisky, bottled at 55%. Almond, cinnamon and baked cherry aromas mingle with delicate florals, mint and herbal tea. The palate is richly textured, layering berry compote with rye spice and gentle oak tannins. Fruit sweetness and herbal freshness balance the wood influence, creating a generous yet structured blended rye.
