Its approach brings together carefully sourced spirits, using blending and maturation to explore distinctive flavours while preserving the character of each component.

Aged for a minimum of 5 years, Foundation combines straight bourbons from Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee and Maryland, bottled at 50%. Honey and dark cherry aromas mingle with grilled peach, hazelnut and citrus zest. The palate is creamy and full, layering maple pecan, dark chocolate and cinnamon with subtle herbal notes. A lingering finish carries toffee, vanilla and warming spice, balancing generous sweetness with depth and freshness.
