Bottled at 40%, Born blends single grain and triple-distilled single malt Irish whiskeys matured in heavily charred ex-bourbon casks and finished in stout casks. Chocolate malt, roasted barley and natural vanilla infusions deepen the flavour. Roasted malt, vanilla and soft spice lead the nose, followed by a creamy palate of brown sugar, dark chocolate, caramel and tropical fruit. Cocoa, coffee and butterscotch linger alongside a bittersweet stout character.
