Founded by the Beam brothers, the distillery draws on generations of family whiskey-making experience, combining traditional bourbon heritage with careful barrel selection and blending to create whiskies with depth, balance and character.
Yellowstone Select brings together handpicked 4-year-old and 7-year-old Kentucky straight bourbons, bottled at 46.5%. Cherry and soft leather aromas mingle with warming rye spice. The palate centres on caramel sweetness with a gentle smoky edge, supported by oak and spice. Brown sugar and smoky oak linger on the finish, creating an approachable bourbon that balances generous sweetness with the drier character of mature wood.
